How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it in real time. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
What is your return policy?

What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST ship the same business day; orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. See the Shipping section below for delivery timeframes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible at info@vetgrade.com or via live chat. A $25 cancellation fee applies if the order has already been processed.
