Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any cancellation fees?
A $25 cancellation fee applies if you cancel an order that's already been processed. A 25% restocking fee applies to packages that come back undelivered due to an incorrect address or refused delivery.
Can I get Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery isn't guaranteed and must be pre-arranged; expedited shipping otherwise runs Monday through Friday.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible at info@vetgrade.com or via live chat. A $25 cancellation fee applies if the order has already been processed.
Can I use one product on more than one type of animal?
Many of our formulas are labeled for multiple species — check the specific concentration and species guidance on each product page, since dosing varies by animal type and weight.
How can I track my package?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check its status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
How do I know the right dose for my animal?
Every product page includes a free dosage calculator plus a dosing chart based on your animal's species and weight. If you're ever unsure, confirm with your veterinarian before giving any product.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days in transit after your order leaves our facility, using carriers like UPS and USPS. Expedited options (UPS 2-Day or 3-Day) are available at checkout.
How should I store these products, and how long do they last?
Store products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, away from children and animals, per the instructions on the label. Check the expiration date printed on your product's packaging.
