Are there any cancellation fees?
A $25 cancellation fee applies if you cancel an order that's already been processed. A 25% restocking fee applies to packages that come back undelivered due to an incorrect address or refused delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
What isn’t eligible for a return?
We can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item by mistake, or products that arrive excessively damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
