  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day.
  • Schedule: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or during weekends and American National Holidays, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

2. Transit Times & Carrier Details

  • Standard Priority Shipping: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for transit and delivery once the package leaves our facility. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your geographic location.
  • Expedited Services (UPS Ground, 2-Day, or 3-Day): These premium carrier services deliver Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed by carriers unless explicitly requested by the customer prior to shipment, which may incur additional courier fees.

3. Shipping Costs & Limitations

  • Payment: All orders must be paid in full at checkout before fulfillment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Service Area: We only accept orders and ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee our processing speeds, transit times are managed by third-party carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.). VetGrade.com cannot offer shipping fee refunds for unexpected logistical delays caused entirely by the carrier.

To ensure operational fairness, returns or refunds will not be approved for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the product after it has been delivered.

  • Excessive Damage: Items that are heavily worn, broken by the user, or missing original components cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

⚠️ Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees

1. Cancellations Before Shipment

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has been processed by our fulfillment center. Once an order is processed, or shipping labels have already been generated by our system, a $25 cancellation and administrative fee will be deducted from your final refund.

2. Restocking Fee for Non-Delivery & Refusals

If a shipment is returned to our facility by the carrier due to a customer input error (e.g., an incorrect or incomplete shipping address), failure to pick up the package, or explicit refusal of delivery, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • The original shipping fees paid to the carrier are non-refundable.
  • If you request that the package be re-shipped to a corrected address, the customer is responsible for the secondary shipping costs.
